Our chef’s cuisine surprises as much with its authenticity as with its boldness, while remaining deeply committed to eco-responsible principles and seasonality, values that are especially important to him. His approach consists of elevating each ingredient without altering its true nature, enhancing the primary flavors of every product.

 

Our Signature Dish: “La Robiquette”

“La Robiquette,” far more than just the traditional galette saucisse, is a symbol of Breton popular culinary heritage, cherished for its simplicity and authentic flavor.

 

Our chef elevates it with his own refined and gastronomic reinterpretation. It features a creamy buckwheat preparation, delicately crafted to reveal its full smoothness and richness. The pork belly, slow-cooked at low temperature to ensure a melting texture, is complemented by a smoked bacon-infused oil, adding depth and a distinctive aromatic touch. Crisp buckwheat chips bring a crunchy and indulgent texture, while subtle, well-balanced mustard condiments enhance the dish with a gently sharp and refreshing note. Each element has been carefully designed to offer a nuanced tasting experience — both authentic and innovative.

The restaurant is open at lunchtime for groups of 10 or more – please contact us to arrange a group menu.

The restaurant is open in the evening from Monday to Sunday from 7pm, with last service at 9:00pm.

Our priority is to use local, seasonal produce, reflecting our commitment to "field to plate" cooking that respects the origin of ingredients. The freshness of flavors is a major concern for our Chef. We select producers located less than 10 minutes from our establishment, enabling us to place precise orders while reducing food waste.
